Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LawnHorizon Irondequoit Landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Provided

LawnHorizon Irondequoit Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment is due on the schedule agreed upon in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments. However, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the work areas. Please inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, invisible fencing, sprinkler systems, or other features that could affect our work.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, hidden obstacles, or items not disclosed to us prior to beginning work. You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured during service visits.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties on plants, materials, and workmanship will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, plant warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance by the property owner.

We are not responsible for plant failure due to extreme weather, drought, flooding, pest infestation, disease, or improper care after installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawnHorizon Irondequoit Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Insurance and Licensing

LawnHorizon Irondequoit Landscaping maintains general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
